FEE STRUCTURE
Important Note
The Admission fee is fixed by the Government and revised from time to time. At present, the following fee structure is in vogue:
Fee Categories

| 1st Year (1st Semester) | 2,348 | Including Rs.125/- for registration with JKSBOTE |
| 2nd Year (3rd Semester) | 1,930 | To be paid at the beginning of 3rd Semester |
| 3rd Year (5th Semester) | 1,930 | To be paid at the beginning of 5th Semester |
Important Notes
- The 2nd Year and 3rd Year fee should be deposited at the beginning of 3rd and 5th Semester respectively.
- Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances except Rs.200/- (Library Security Deposit).

Online Payment through JK Bank eCollect
All fee payments should be made online through JK Bank eCollect portal:
Steps to Pay Online:
- Visit https://ecollect.jkbank.com/Home
- Select "J&K-Ganderbal" from State/Division/District dropdown
- Select "Government Polytechnic College Ganderbal" from Institution dropdown
- Select appropriate fee collection type
- Fill in the required details
- Complete the payment using available payment options (Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card)
- Download and save the payment receipt for future reference
Important Note: Keep the payment receipt safe as proof of payment. You may be required to show it during admission or for other administrative purposes.
